Product Introduction
The OGQ30 series is a self checking intelligent electric ball valve.The product is suitable for on-off control in heating systems and air conditioning fan coil systems.The product consists of a ball valve and an actuator,the actuator drives the valve ball to rotate 90°movement.The actuator is internally driven by a synchronous motor with built-in limit contacts, which can power off the valve when fully open or closed, ensuring stable operation.Externally, LED lights are used to indicate whether the valve is opening or closing normally, and the traffic light switches to achieve self inspection.(When the valve is fully open, the red light goes out and the green light comes on.When the valve is fully closed, the green light goes out and the red light comes on.If the valve is not fully open or closed, the red and green lights are on at the same time.Maintenance personnel only need to look at the lights to know where the problem lies.This product is more suitable for installation and use in narrow, dark, and inconvenient maintenance areas.For example, this product can be used at the end waterway control of central air conditioning.)

This product is suitable for agricultural irrigation, ranch water supply, indoor heating, air conditioning systems, underfloor heating systems, solar evacuation systems, and other systems.

Rated voltage AC220V 50-60Hz or AC24V 50/60Hz power supply use,working environment temperature at room temperature (25°C), lower temperature is allowed to have higher relative humidity, such as 90% at + 25ºC.

Instructions for use
This product can work reliably at 85% -110% of the rated working voltage.
When installing and wiring the product, the wiring should strictly follow the diagram below. It should be confirmed that the product is installed in place, the wiring is correct, and the contact part of the wire should be checked for firmness, compression, and looseness to ensure safe use.
During the use of the product, regular general inspections should be conducted (such as every six months of operation) to test the normal switching switch product and check whether the product operates normally.
During general maintenance or repair of the product, it must be ensured that the product is not electrified; After maintenance or repair is completed, turn on the power supply to restore normal working status.

Transportation and storage
The product should not be subjected to severe impact during transportation and unpacking, and should be transported and stored in accordance with GBT 13384-2008 "General Technical Conditions for Packaging of Mechanical and Electrical Products".
Inventory and storage should be stored on racks under the original packaging conditions, and the stacking height should not exceed 6 layers. The storage area should be clean, with an ambient temperature of 0-40 ºC, a relative humidity of not more than 85%, and no harmful substances that can cause corrosion in the air.
